Is there a limit to the number of design requests I can make?
Once you subscribe to Alfi Studio, you can add as many design requests as you'd like to your queue. However, the requests are delivered one by one, allowing the designer to focus on delivering high-quality designs without overwhelming themselves or compromising on quality.
How Does The Subscription Work?
Our process typically involves an initial consultation to gather project details and understand your goals. Once subscribed, you can submit as many design requests as you'd like. We then proceed to research, ideation, and design iterations, working closely with you for feedback and approvals. Our aim is to ensure a collaborative and transparent process throughout the project's lifecycle.
What Does “One by one” Mean?
“One by one” means that we will work on one design or development request from your queue at a time. We process each request one at a time to ensure quality, your projects are continuously queued for seamless progression.
What If I Need Revisions?
We provide unlimited revisions to ensure you are 100% satisfied with each project. Simply provide your feedback, and we'll make the necessary adjustments.
What is the turnaround time for design requests?
Alfi Studio aims to complete most design requests within 48 hours or less, Monday to Friday. However, more complex requests may require additional time to ensure the best possible outcome. We’re soon to introduce a project scope section to allow you to understand an average turnaround of typical task and plan projects ahead.
How can I submit design requests?
Alfi Studio offers flexibility in how you can submit design requests. Most clients use Trello, where you can directly request designs, share Google docs or wireframes, or even record a brief Loom video if you prefer a visual explanation. As long as it can be linked or shared in Trello, it can be used as a reference for your design request.
Who will be working on my designs?
Alfi Studio is an agency founded by Fiona Duffy & Tadhg McNealy. You will work directly with me for most design requests. However, we do partner up with other designers in our network in some cases where extra work is required.
Can I Cancel My Subscription Anytime?
Absolutely! You have the flexibility to pause or cancel your subscription at any time without any long-term commitments.
Is there a refund policy if I'm not satisfied with the service?
Due to the high-quality nature of Alfi Studio’s work, there are no refunds issued. However, our commitment to ensuring your satisfaction means we will work tirelessly to meet your design requirements.
Do I Own The Rights To The Designs And Development Work Done?
Yes, you own all rights to the designs and development work completed during your subscription.
What Type Of Payment Methods Do You Accept?
Our payment system is powered by Stripe meaning we accept all major credit cards for the subscription service and that payment processing is secure and hassle-free.
